Nike Brings Safari Print to the Air Max 95
It may be hard to believe, but Nike’s Tinker Hatfield—designed safari print is now over 30 years old. In the three decades since it debuted on the eponymous Air Safari back in 1987, the print has graced a number of other Swoosh silhouettes — the latest of which is the Air Max 95.
Nike’s upcoming safari-decorated AM95 employs the print across a couple of its suede panels, while the shoe itself fades from white to a brown ‘Canteen’ hue down the upper. Tan leather is also incorporated in the mix, while a stark white midsole meets the requisite black rubber outsole.
Expect this women’s AM95 to hit Nike Sportswear dealers sometime in the coming weeks.
